On December 19th, the micro-short drama of cultural tourism Love in Aba, jointly planned by the Publicity Department of the CPC Aba Prefectural Committee, the Publicity Department of the CPC Huzhou Municipal Committee and the Sichuan Channel of CRI Online, started filming at the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in Aba prefecture, Sichuan Province.
Love in Aba is directed by the renowned director Rao Kun and written by the well-known screenwriter Li Jing. It features young method actors, international actors and local actors. The whole drama is planned to have 18 episodes, with each episode lasting 5 minutes. Taking the love stories of young people as the main thread, it focuses on the abundant winter tourism resources and diverse tourism formats in Aba, and thoroughly showcases local beautiful natural scenery, profound cultural heritage and ample cultural connotations. In the form of micro-short dramas, it innovates the expression ways of cultural and tourism publicity and expands the channels for such publicity. Through the overseas release of micro-short dramas, it will tell the stories of Aba to the world and help Aba build itself into an international ecological and cultural tourism destination.

At the kick-off ceremony, Chen Gang, a member of the editorial board of CRI Online, expressed his gratitude to all the crew members for their hard work. He pointed out that CRI Online, a key central news website with the feature of "international communication" sponsored by China Media Group, is the national team for network international communication. He hoped that the crew would carry forward the fine tradition of being "profound in thought, exquisite in art, and excellent in production" and convey the beauty of Aba overseas.
Director Rao Kun said, "Aba is stunningly beautiful in winter. The drama is named 'Love in Aba'. Let's pour out our love for Aba with enthusiasm and spread it overseas so that everyone who comes here will brim with love for Aba in their hearts."
