On September 24, the launch ceremony for the mini series Chong Hui Yun Meng Ze (Return to Yunmengze), produced by the Hubei Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, was held at Wuhan Donghu College. The series is set to premiere on multiple video platforms during the National Day holiday.

Chong Hui Yun Meng Ze is divided into five chapters—Qin Detective, Ming Cuisine, Lu Yu, Firearms, and Lacquer Master—with a total of 49 short episodes. Presented in a "time-travel + anthology" format, it follows a three-person team from the Yunmeng Time-Space Bureau as they traverse multiple dynasties, including the Qin, Tang, Ming, and Southern Song, using a blend of ancient and modern wisdom to resolve historical anomalies.

The series is part of Hubei's efforts to promote the deep integration of culture and tourism, developed over six months with meticulous care. Through its time-travel narrative, it connects historical and cultural symbols of Hubei—such as the Qin-era bamboo slips unearthed from Shuihudi, Tang Scholar Lu Yu's The Classic of Tea, Panlong cuisine, Southern Song tubular firearms, and Chu-style lacquerware—vividly showcasing the rule-of-law spirit, intangible cultural heritage, culinary wisdom, and technological traditions of Jingchu culture of Hubei.

Traditional Building Materials Market Meets Mini Series: Changsha's Furong District Upgrades with New Business Model

On September 24, a project promotion event for the Shiyi Culture Mini Series Dream Factory film and television base was held at the Sanxiang Nanhu Market in Furong District, Changsha. The base is planned to cover 30,000 square meters of high-quality practical sets, with the first phase opening 5,000 square meters. It integrates Furong District's exterior locations and the 500,000-square-meter commercial area of Sanxiang Nanhu Market, establishing a full industrial chain ecosystem covering investment, creation, filming, production, editing, filing, and broadcasting.

The event also saw the signing of four-party cooperation agreements across the entire production chain. Shiyi Culture and Heguang Media will co-develop a "long- and short-form video talent sharing pool" to enable content, channel, and IP interconnectivity. Together with Decode Film and Television, Shiyi Culture will establish the "Huxiang Literary IP Incubation Center," with the first batch of three local novels, including Qian Xing De Qing Chun (Forward Youth), already adapted into mini series.
